Factors influencing project costs include pre-production planning, crew size, equipment needs, filming locations, the number and length of videos, and turnaround time. Additional elements such as graphics, effects, and music also affect pricing.

  • A typical project timeline is about 8 weeks from booking to final delivery. Pre-production takes 2-3 weeks, production takes 1-3 days, and post-production takes 2-4 weeks (2 weeks for a first draft, 2 weeks for final edits).

  • I’m based in Austin, TX, and frequently spend time in Houston.

    If your office, studio, or workspace has good lighting and a polished look, it can be an ideal setting for your shoot. If not, I can share a list of rental spaces and co-working studios that make great alternatives.

  • I prioritize long-term partnerships with businesses that want to create impactful video content over time. By working together for 3 or 6 months, I can deeply understand your brand, business, and team—leading to more strategic and effective content.

    That said, if you’re only looking for a single video or project, I’m happy to help and can provide a custom quote based on your needs.

  • Turn-around time will vary by video type. We always include 1 round of edit feedback, and typically you’ll have the final files within 2-4 weeks from the shoot day.
